What this hub is
Team building is the front door of game facilitation: it is how most organizations first experience what a well-run game can do to a group. It is also where the gap between skilled facilitation and generic entertainment is widest — and where a professional standard matters most.
This hub gathers the practitioners who take team development seriously: people who design for trust, psychological safety and real collaboration, not just a fun afternoon. It is forming now, with its first members setting the agenda.
